JD Edwards HR & Payroll Business Analyst

JD Edwards HCM & Payroll Analyst


o    Minimum of 2 years of hands-on JD Edwards Human Capital Management and payroll implementation
o    Advanced knowledge of JD Edwards Human Resources, Payroll (PDBA setup), eRecruitment 
o    Time and labor integration to JD Edwards time entry
o    Complex DBA setup
o    Leave Management
o    Tax calculation would be a plus
o    Compensation management
o    Competency management
o    Performance management
o    Position budget management
o    Business knowledge of:
o    General HR processes
o    WPS
o    Benefits
o    General payroll requirements and processes
o    Strong analytical skills
o    Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
o    Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external business partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
o    Recruitment and appraisals would be a plus
