JD Edwards HCM & Payroll Analyst


o    Minimum of 2 years of hands-on JD Edwards Human Capital Management and payroll implementation
o    Advanced knowledge of JD Edwards Human Resources, Payroll (PDBA setup), eRecruitment 
o    Time and labor integration to JD Edwards time entry
o    Complex DBA setup
o    Leave Management
o    Tax calculation would be a plus
o    Compensation management
o    Competency management
o    Performance management
o    Position budget management
o    Business knowledge of:
o    General HR processes
o    WPS
o    Benefits
o    General payroll requirements and processes
o    Strong analytical skills
o    Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
o    Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external business partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
o    Recruitment and appraisals would be a plus

Description: Implement JD Edwards Equipment Maintenance functionality. Need knowledge of module, including asset management, preventative maintenance schedule set up and work order set up. Knowledge of best business practices for equipment maintenance, preferably in the construction industry
Deliverables:
Configuration of equipment maintenance module.
Documentation of configuration
Documentation of process flows
Acceptance Criteria:
Minimum 5 years JD Edwards financial experience. Strong knowledge of Financial G/L and Capital Asset Management modules.
